Silverado
Going on my third Chevy Silverado I have finally hit the jackpot. I picked up this 2006 Chevy Silverado 1500 4WD the day after Thanksgiving 2020. The color and the gray leather bench seat made my book a ticket and I drove it back to SLC from ID.
Fast forward a couple of months and things are booming at Salty Gears Offroad, our partner neighboring company to my place of work, LUXE Automotive. The owner approaches me saying he saw my new truck and asks if I would be interested in building it. Uhh DUH!
Next thing I know I'm working with Tony there putting together what I had envisioned for the truck ever since I owned my first Silverado years before, a 1996 K1500.
Parts are flowing in and I drop the truck off once the last piece of the puzzle arrives.
